Welcome to Stayji Hotels ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and hotel booking services across Rajasthan, India.
By making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Note: These terms apply to all bookings made through Stayji Hotels platform, including website, mobile app, and customer service channels.
By accessing and using Stayji Hotels website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest," "User," "Customer") and Stayji Hotels ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our") regarding your use of our booking platform.
Search for hotels based on location, dates, and guest preferences. Choose your preferred room type.
Review room rates, taxes, cancellation policy, and hotel amenities before proceeding.
Provide accurate guest details including name, contact number, email, and ID proof.
Complete payment using our secure payment gateway. Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Booking Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS within 15 minutes of successful payment. Please check your spam folder if not received.
Price Guarantee: We offer the best price guarantee. If you find a lower price on another platform within 24 hours of booking, we will match the difference.
Payment Security: All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Hotels may have restrictions for local guests. Please check individual hotel policies before booking.
Most hotels allow unmarried couples with valid ID proof. However, please check individual hotel policies.
Outside visitors may not be allowed in hotel rooms after 10:00 PM. Please check with the hotel front desk.
Hotels are responsible for providing the services as described on the platform, including room amenities, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Hotels must maintain safety standards including CCTV cameras (in public areas), fire safety equipment, and secure premises.
Hotels are expected to resolve guest issues promptly. If unresolved, Stayji Hotels will mediate to find a fair solution.
Provide accurate personal and booking information. Incorrect information may lead to booking cancellation.
Follow hotel rules including no smoking in non-smoking rooms, no loud music after 10:00 PM, and respecting staff.
Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property. Additional charges may apply for damages.
Stayji Hotels acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels. While we strive to ensure accuracy of information, we are not responsible for:
Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any claim related to your booking is limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific booking.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Notification of Changes: For significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or display a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before implementation.
